Shipping and Returns Policy

RETURNS

Return Eligibility:

Our parts are backed by a 60-day warranty. We stand behind the quality of our components and will address any issues that may occur.

We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item(s) must be undamaged.
  • All accessories with an associated item must be returned.
  • The return request must be initiated within the 30 calendar day return window.

Return Process:

1) Contact our customer support team via email at usfitnessparts@gmail.com to initiate a return request. Please provide the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Reason for Return
  • Whether A Replacement or Refund is Needed

2) Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

3) Pack the item(s) securely in a suitable shipping box, including the RMA number on the package.

4) Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5) Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund accordingly.

Replacements:

If you request a replacement for the returned item(s), we will ship the replacement product as soon as we issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number (step 2 noted above).

Refunds:

If your return is approved (step 5 noted above), we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 3 business days. The processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exceptions:

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that have been damaged.
  • Items marked as non-returnable or final sale.

Error by US Fitness Parts:

In the event that we make an error with your order, such as shipping the wrong item or quantity, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please follow the same return process mentioned above and notify our customer support team about the error. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse your shipping costs upon receiving the returned item(s).

Please note:

We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during the return shipping process. Please ensure proper packaging and use a trackable shipping method.
